About Me

Basic Summary

I'm a 38yr old entrepreneur who has grown up in 12+ cities in India and lived for 15 yrs in the Bay Area (Palo Alto, SF, Berkeley). Went to the US in 2009 for MS at Stanford University and did my undergrad at Delhi College of Engineering in 2007.

At the moment I spend 50-50 time in US (Vegas) and India (Delhi/Greater Noida). I like the experience of living in both countries for long spans of time.

Relationship

I was married in 2015, got separated in 2017 and eventually divorced many years ago. I don't have kids.

What I'm looking for: To marry (after a reasonable dating period) someone who is a loving and warm personality in general, and a compatible co-founder/companion in life. I would like that my partner is capable of dealing with life and has seen a few things be it at home or at work, this brings a maturity and resilience that I value.

Profession

I have had a long "job" career in the US in Product Marketing/Management roles. I am also a published author and an authority in my field of work – Pricing Strategy for Software firms. In 2023 I started my own firm which I am in the process of building.

Personality & Values

I am very outspoken in the world and thrive in a certain amount of social engagement, but I would not call myself an extrovert. Every part of my life currently is geared towards deep spiritual understanding, self-transformation, and this fully permeates my work and relationships.

I enjoy travel and whenever I can do so for work or leisure and I try to combine the two. In 2024, I visited Boston, Bangalore, Seattle, Vancouver, Austin and amongst these I like Boston and Seattle the most in my travels this year. Outside of this in my travels I really liked Portugal and Japan in my travels in past years. I love exploring a new city, on foot, and immersing myself in new contexts – the "newness" of this sort of exploration makes me feel full of wonder and include a wider perspective.

I love music and tend more towards English, mixed with some alt/indie Hindi music. People who listen to a lot of Bollywood keep me grounded in a way so I don't mind this at all.

I like dogs and cats and kids and most humans :)

Dietary

Finally, since 2023, I have given up on alcohol and meat – and this decision I do not intend to go back on. While I don't have a problem with my family or friend's dietary choices – I find that the need for alcohol to socialize actually prevents any true human connection and is a turn off for me. I can personally get high just on good company :)
